Beach Chic - Amazon Style
I’m definitely thinking of winding down and changing my clock to island time right about now! I’m headed to the beach for some rest and relaxation and even though I want to relax…I want to relax in style!
The beach is so much more fun when you have everything you need to make it pleasant and comfortable! Let’s face it…the sand and sun can be brutal! Make sure to stay hydrated with plenty of water and a little rosé, along with some delicious snacks…all packed away in a stylish striped cooler! Stash your sunscreen and sunglasses in a cute zipper bag that fits inside your amazing raffia beach bag, keeping everything sand free (as much as possible). You’ll be happy floating along in the water in an adorable pink and white float and when you’re ready for a little nap, fall asleep under an umbrella on a thick soft towel! Now doesn’t that sound like a wonderful day!
When it comes to home decor…it’s so easy to refresh a beach house, or add a few touches to make your own home feel a bit more summery!
I found the most amazing candles that come in so many scents, but for a beachy summer vibe, I love this gorgeous Ocean Breeze scent, it’s such a beautiful, decorative candle for a great price! I’m seriously thinking of purchasing this rug for our entry at the beach…it’s very durable and the colors are perfect! I do love setting a pretty table and always use linen napkins for dinner on a pretty placemat…and the bamboo flatware is just the thing for a summer table. A rattan planter holds palm leaves and a blue & white polka dot pitcher holds water…or sangria!
