DAY 8 OF MY 21 DAY JUICE CHALLENGE

I admit it!  I fell off the juice wagon yesterday!  However, I am right back on today with a very delicious and extremely healthy juice!IMG_5397

Today my juice included kale, cucumber, romaine, apple, ginger and mint.  I loved the addition of the cucumber!

I am loving my new juicing and smoothie cookbook , Crazy Sexy Juice, by Kris Carr!  Here is a recipe called "Skin Sweetie"  that you might want to try!  I am planning on making it tomorrow and I'm excited because I love blueberries, so check back on the blog to see how I liked it, and if you make it, let me know!

Skin Sweetie

1 cup spinach, tightly packed

5 leaves romaine

1 large cucumber

1 1/2 cups blueberries

3 kiwis, peeled

Wash and prep all ingredients.

Juice all ingredients.
