AROUND MY HOUSE THIS SPRING

This Spring has been so beautiful and I wanted to share with you all some of the pictures that I've taken of my flowers and other things!  It seems that in the Spring we all have a chance to start over.  Everything is new and fresh and I am so glad that we live in a place where we have four seasons.  I never can decide if I like Spring or fall the best, but usually I say I like Spring the best in the Spring and Fall the best in the Fall!

It's not just the flowers that are growing!  Hudson will be walking soon!

He was fascinated with the grass and had a handful by the time I picked him up!

The back drop to this beautiful birdbath made by a local artist is creeping fig growing on the brick wall!

This is a Lady Banks rose bush that is planted on the backside of the chimney!  It is very happy there!

In 2011 this was my Mother's Day gift!  I love that the girls did this when they were older.  It was the year that Lauren graduated from Appalachian State!

This morning I made gluten-free blueberry bread with a mix from Williams Sonoma.   Delicious!
