When I saw this recipe for Pumpkin Hummus, I immediately knew that I had to make it! It is a combination of some of my favorite fall foods...pumpkin, sage and cranberries! This pumpkin hummus is the epitome of fall and it is so delicious and easy to make and the pumpkin gives it an extra healthy punch! I think it would be perfect served at a Halloween party or as an appetizer for Thanksgiving or for any potluck. Hummus is a universally loved food and there are so many different kinds to choose from but this is the first recipe for Pumpkin Hummus I've seen! I love serving this Pumpkin Hummus with colorful baby carrots and pita chips, but it would be great with other veggies or as part of a Mezze platter. I can promise that this Pumpkin Hummus will be a crowd pleaser anytime you serve it!
