Chocolate Chili & Mississippi Mud Cake

Chocolate Chili is a really easy dish to make for Valentine's Day!  It is sooo good and warming for a cold February night.  Serve with a salad,  Mississippi Mud Cake for dessert with juicy strawberries and you've got a great meal with not much effort!  The Delta Landing Zinfandel stands up to the spice in the chile, but serve Champagne with the dessert!  I bought the wine from Cork & Cow in Burlington.  Michelle, the owner always makes the best recommendations!  Scroll down for the printable recipes!

I topped the chili with cheddar cheese, cilantro and sliced fresh jalapeno peppers!  The chocolate adds a depth to the flavor of the chili!  I think you'll love it!
