Breakfast On the Go - A Video for Quick and Easy Eggs

Happy Wednesday everyone!  I'm sharing a video for Quick and Easy Eggs today.  This recipe is one of the best go-to's when you have a busy day but are craving a healthy breakfast.  It's technically a breakfast salad (which is a little odd, but definitely a good idea), but it's really nothing more than assembling a few easy ingredients.  It'll carry you through to lunch and you'll feel like you've done something really healthy for your body!  

This recipe gives you the foundation for any breakfast salad.  Use whatever kind of sprouts you like or use any kind of green you have on hand.  You could also add radish or cucumber and some sunflower seeds if you have more time; and you can never go wrong with a slice of avocado.  Watch the video below to learn how to make this easy breakfast and scroll down for more recipes with eggs!
