An Arm Workout - My New Video

When I posted this picture back in September, the comment I got the most was “what is your arm workout”, so I decided to do a video and share some great toning exercises just for arms.

Early Fall Fashion - Crazy Blonde Style

The video is about 8 minutes long and uses 3 - 5 pound weights. The weights are optional, but 3 pounds is probably a good weight to start with. I recommend 15 reps, but after you are comfortable with 15, it’s perfectly fine to do 25 reps.

This is a great time of year to start to tone your arms for all of the cocktail dresses and cute tops that you’ll want to wear to holiday parties!
