A Little Sparkle for the Holidays

This past week has been…to say the least, a crazy week. Baldy and I were supposed to leave for Charleston on Sunday, however, Saturday night, I started to feel like hell. I can’t even describe it differently. I don’t get sick often, but when I get sick, I mean it. As I sit here typing, I do feel better, but still have a terrible cough and I’m feeling so behind on everything I need to do! The holiday season is not the best time to be sick!

I’ll admit that I have a hard time with the idea of decorating for Christmas before Thanksgiving. We never did until I became an influencer and this year we’re (I’[m) decorating earlier than ever. Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday because I love getting together with family and eating. The pressure is off…it’s just such an enjoyable day…BUT, I’m taking my two oldest daughters for New York on December 3 and I need to get a jump on things or I’ll be crazier than normal. Please keep your fingers crossed that I don’t get sick!

One thing that I love about being an influencer is that brands like Loft send me beautiful things to wear and my outfit today is from Loft. It is more than a little frustrating to have to tell you that it’s all sold out! Clothing is no different than anything else in this day and time and supplies are limited so when you see something you think you want…nab it because it’ll be gone when you come back! Happily, I found two great pairs of sequined joggers to share with you at Bloomingdales and Dillards that are both under $100!

Todays post is about a Little Sparkle for the Holidays…everything from sequined joggers to makeup…don’t forget Sephora is having their holiday event savings event) and more! I hope you enjoy!

The cute blazer I’m wearing in the picture above is from Loft and has tiny sequins making it perfect for a festive daytime event or for Thanksgiving. It’s great with jeans or leather pants and I’ve paired it with scrunch boots from Schutz.

Below is a boutique that took me hours to put together! If you like sparkle…this one’s for you! I think there is something for everyone from full on bling to just a touch of sparkle!

Do you decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving? I’d love to know your traditions so leave a comment below and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram and Pinterest as I post things there that don’t make it to the blog!
