Yesterday was a very busy day and I didn't have time to juice at home so I decided to go to Whole Foods and get my juice. I ordered a beet lemonade made with beets, carrots, ginger, lemon and spinach. The one that I made for the first day of my challenge didn't have spinach and I liked the addition, however, I used more ginger so mine was spicier. The ginger really made the juice to me! I guess you can't be too picky when you're not making it yourself! So far I'm not really sure that I've noticed any difference in how I feel or look; mainly I'm hoping to see an improvement in my skin, but it's only been 3 days. I'll keep you posted!
