DAY 4 OF MY 21 DAY JUICE CHALLENGE

This juice was my favorite so far!  It was carrot, apple and ginger...very simple but oh so good!  I was looking for the best ingredients for improving skin and everything I read said carrot.  It was delicious!  I used 10 carrots, 2 apples and a good knob of ginger.
