COMFORT IS KEY - MY FAVORITE FLATS1
Not long ago, someone mentioned to me that they love my blog and love looking at the high heels, but they would rather wear flats. I decided to do a post on my favorite flats and as I was looking at websites, I became very interested in finding out more about the designers. I hope you enjoy reading a little about the designers who designed some of the beautiful shoes featured in this post. Unfortunately, I also realized just how many pairs of shoes I am needing right now! It seems that I am low on flats and there are so many really great pairs! The first pair of Steve Madden silver beauties will be in my closet for Spring!
The black lace up shoes are by Aquazzura. The company was started by Edgardo Osorio and is know for modern design and glamour. He launched his company at just 25 years old in 2011. The shoes are stylish and wearable. The headquarters are in Florence and are available in 48 countries. His shoes can been seen on the feet of many famous women.
The next two pairs are Charlotte Olympia. Charlotte Olympia is a shoe and accessory designer living in London. Her shoes are inspired by old Hollywood glamour. The Kitty flats are in keeping with the brand's feminine design philosophy. All the shoes are handcrafted in Italy. They are my favorites!
Lanvin is a fashion house located in Paris, founded by Jeanne Lanvin. The Lanvin Ballet Flats come in all colors and is a coveted classic!
I love the chain detail on this flat! It would go with anything!
The black butterfly shoe is by Sophia Webster. Sophia Webster is a British shoe designer who launched her footwear line in 2012. She studied art and sculpture in London and her artistry comes through in her shoe designs.
Valentino shoes are exquisitely made and beautiful. Valentino was started by Valentino Garavani who is now in his eighties. Despite his age, he is still significant in the fashion world. These shoes are perfection!
The leopard shoes are by Clarks and are very affordable! Can you ever have enough leopard?
