Farro with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Red Onion and Goat Cheese
Farro is an ancient wheat grain that been consumed for thousands of years around the world. This high fiber food has become extremely popular throughout the world and is a healthy grain that also tastes really good. It is an excellent source of protein, fiber and nutrients like iron and magnesium. Farro does contains gluten protein and is not gluten free. It is a whole grain that is an excellent source of protein and fiber. It is also high in B vitamins and provides iron, magnesium and zinc. Combined with sweet potato, red onion, radishes and goat cheese, farro is not only extremely delicious, but also extremely nutritious.
