I believe that eating healthy food is the most important thing that you can do for your health, but most people can benefit from supplements.  I love Vital Proteins Collagen Powder, Welleco Super Elixir and a non synthetic magnesium supplement.  I take the collagen powder and Super Elixir in the morning and the magnesium supplement in the evening.

This recipe was adapted from Cook Beautiful by Athena Calderone!  I'm obsessed with her cookbook and this is one of my favorite cookbooks right now!  Thanks so much for reading Crazy Blonde Life!  Have a great day!
