10 Favorite Looks from 2025
Looking back on 2025, I’ve realized that it was a year of subtle change for me. I won’t say it was the easiest year of my life, but it also wasn’t the hardest. The changes I’m seeing now were subtle because I learned so much about who I am through the hardship, but honestly didn’t realize it until recently. Some may say that fashion isn’t so important, but for me, it’s a reflection of my personality and I want to be completely authentic in how I express myself and that’s important! It may sound weird to say, but I think authenticity is something that can be a struggle in a world where it’s easy to feel “not good enough” and compare ourselves. Being on social media everyday can definitely magnify those feelings at times. I believe we all struggle with thoughts and feelings of inadequacy, even if we don’t want to admit it. The most important thing is realizing that we don’t have to believe every single thought that pops into our heads. Those thoughts come from things that have happened to us in the past and are completely irrelevant now!
So…having said all of that, I went through the fashion pictures from this year and chose 10 favorite outfits that really stood out as ones I loved. I remember how I felt when I was wearing each outfit and I think it shows in the pictures. Some are obviously joyful, but the confidence comes through even when I have a more serious expression…that’s what clothes can do!
I keep saying this but I’m very excited about coming into my own even more in 2026 because it’s what’s been happening all along and I am allowing myself, finally, to bloom!

And now…on to the clothes!
This dress from Lela Rose is a particular favorite! I purchased it to wear to The Polo Club in New York but decided on another. This is a dress that I’ll keep forever and hopefully one of my daughters will wear it one day! It’s beautifully made and I feel like a princess wearing it! I paired it with a white bag from Veronica Beard and 20 year old Jimmy Choo sandals. If I love something, I keep it because you just never know!
As a side note, Lela Rose is also an author and has written two entertaining books that are so inspiring! Check them out here and here!
I wore this dress from Just Darviny many times over the summer because every time I put it on I felt good! It lends itself to flat sandals and it’s also perfect dressed up with heels! I love the combination of orange and turquoise and wore several layered turquoise necklaces with it!
My friend Kim helped me put this look together and it’s definitely a favorite! The sky high platforms made the look along with the lucite bracelets. This set from Benaar LA is flirty and fun and obviously I was feeling good in this look!
I am and have always been a denim girl and love a good skinny flare with platforms. The top I’m wearing is from Chan Lu and is a nubby silk with gorgeous colors that just happen to go perfectly with the green suede Gucci shoes (similar here)! This color green was repeated often over the past year and I’m still loving it for 2026!
These Sezane leopard pants (size up if you get them) are from last season and remain a favorite along with the black studded loafers from The Office of Angela Scott! I’m truly obsessed with this shoe brand and have been gifted quite a nice collection! It’s such a pleasure to work brands that I love! The Clare V clutch is probably at least 20 years old and I just love the combination of two leopard prints!
This dress from Ulla Johnson is the one I decided to wear to The Polo Club and it is a stunner! The beautiful thing about it is that it looks just as good with a leather jacket in the fall! The bag, believe it or not, is from Amazon (similar here). I would like an upgrade for next time I wear the dress but it definitely worked and I think it’s because the dress was the star of the show! The Valentino sandals are also old but go with everything!
I love a good suede/boho moment in the early fall and can’t wait to style this top from Sezane again! It’s such a great top and will never go out of style! The bag is older and its one I pull out often because of it’s neutral color! The tan suede stiletto boots are from Veronica Beard and are getting worn out because I’ve worn them so much!
This look started with the Chloe shoes which are just too fabulous! I added a bag that I found on sale from Ulla Johnson (equally as fabulous), white jeans and a great denim top from Brochu Walker. Brochu Walker is another brand that I’ve worked with often because I truly love everything they do! Their cashmere sweaters are on heavy rotation in my closet right now and they make the very best white button up blouse I’ve ever found! I’m looking forward to continuing this partnership in 2026.
Another brand I discovered in 2026 is Sarah Alexandra. Her shirts are manufactured in Italy and are so well made. The feel very luxurious and always look crisp. This red and white one was perfect with my wide leg white jeans from and a pair of ancient Gucci sandals. The feather bag came from Coastal Clutch and completely made the look. Coastal Clutch is woman owned brand that I absolutely love working with! Each bag is handmade and unique…these are treasures that you’ll keep forever!
Honestly, I could have shared 10 more pictures, but these really stood out as favorites! I’m sharing many more looks in my Substack post (still in the works) that should go out later this afternoon. I’m also going into detail about why the outfit works and the process I used to come up with the looks. If you’re subscribed to my Substack you’ll get an email, if you’re not…what the heck…you’re really missing out!
Next week, I’m going to really try to stick to a schedule of one new recipe each week…I’m ready to get back into the kitchen but have to finish putting up Christmas!
Thank you so much for reading today…I hope you’ve enjoyed this post!
