Greek Salad With Hummus and Naan Bread

Embracing everything healthy this Saturday morning with a Greek Salad served with Hummus and Naan Bread! This salad is so easy to put together and the flavor combination is amazing. Two kinds of olives combined with cucumbers, tomatoes, black beans, garbanzo beans and the freshness of a squeeze of lemon make this salad irresistible! It’s also delicious and really pretty to serve! You’ll want to make extra because it keeps well in the refrigerator and makes a fabulous lunch in a flash! It’s always nice to have something healthy to pull out when you’re in a hurry!

I didn’t chop the olives in this salad but I will next time I make it. I love a whole olive in my mouth, but they do roll around on the naan bread so chopping them would make this salad easier to eat!

This recipe is a keeper and one you’ll make all year long! You could also add a little feta or goat cheese to make it more creamy and delicious!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post! As always, I love your comments and please let me know if you make this!
