Hold The Frequency…Now is Not the Time to Fall Apart
The world is very loud right now and our nervous systems know it. It's easy to get pulled into the chaos, the doom scrolling, the anxiety spiral. But what if the most powerful thing you could do right now had nothing to do with fighting the old...and everything to do with building the new one?
I just published a new post on Substack that gets into all of it. The quantum field, the God Zone, HeartMath research, and why your joy, your art, your quirky specific gifts are not frivolous right now...they are doing actual work in the world.
This one goes deep because I’ve been trying to figure out how to be in the world right now as I’m sure we all are! I go between knowing that I can’t let the doom and gloom destroy my life and not being able to help sinking into a state of depression! I refuse to let the evil win and I’ve been turning to meditation, prayer and listening to uplifting music and podcasts along with spending time with my family and grandchildren! If you’ve been feeling these same feelings, I think you're going to want to read my post…it was helpful just to write it and it’s filled with inspiration along with a little science!
Here’s a little taste of what's inside...
“Your joy is doing actual work in the world. It’s not something you get to once everything else is handled. It's part of the foundation. Your refusal to collapse into anxiety isn't denial...it's a choice.
Being the reality you want to see means the beautiful table you set, the outfit that makes you feel like yourself, the honest thing you write that comes from your heart, the fresh flowers you put out because they make everything feel right…these are not small things. You are proof that another way of living is possible and people can feel it even though they may not be able to name it.”
Read the full Substack here! I hope you enjoy!
This coat I’m wearing in these pictures always makes me happy...and yes, that's intentional. But…unfortunately, it’s not available because it’s from last season! I’m linking a few similar options below that I think you’ll love!
Thanks so much for reading today and I hope you enjoy the Substack!
