Monday This & That for September
I’m sitting on our porch at the beach as I write this post and it is the most glorious day…no humidity and a cool breeze…I’m in heaven! Last night when we got here we decided to go and have a glass of wine and while we were there, it started to pour rain! As you probably know, we drive golf carts on the island and I was not a happy camper…mostly because I knew I would get drenched going to the cart, even if Baldy pulled it up to the door! So…the owner’s son came to the rescue with his hooded jacket! He walked me out and took his jacket back after I was zipped up in the cart! Chivalry is not dead!
Today’s post is full of things I love for now and for fall! Enjoy!
You all know my love for Just Darviny and this perfect-for-early-fall dress is one of my new favorites! It looks great with sandals for now and also with booties for later! These clothes are so well priced and the details are exquisite…you can see it’s lined with a fuchsia fabric that peeks out at the bottom! This dress will be on heavy rotation for me this fall…it’s not going to be cold down South for a good little while!

Speaking of booties…these from M. Gemi are on their way to me and I’m so excited! They’re great to wear now with dresses, skirts and jeans…and of course, later this fall! They also come in black and espresso.

New Makeup Brand I’m Loving
I am so fortunate to be gifted great products! Recently, Dibs. sent me a box full of goodies and I LOVE them! I have been using the eyeshadow palette non-stop (I brought it to the beach) and the bronzer is one of the best I’ve tried. I’ve starting lining my lips every morning for more definition (so my lips don’t blend into my face) and I finish with the Dibs. gloss…it isn’t sticky and comes in amazing colors!

Healthy Habits for Fall
I’ve been taking Welleco Super Elixir every day for at least ten years! That’s a long time and an excellent recommendation! I like the Pineapple & Lime and mix it with Armra, Goop Glow Morning Skin Super Powder (which I’ve also been taking for many years) and an Ultima Electrolyte Hydration Packet (it’s my healthy cocktail). Super Elixir gives me energy, gives me my greens, supports my digestive system and many other things! I obviously think it’s a great product!
Welleco has a new product called The Evening Elixir that I’ve just ordered! It’s a cocoa powder that supports sleep with Magnesium and antioxidants. I’ll mix it with warm almond milk and drink it before bed! I’ll try it and get back to you, but I’m sure it’s a amazing and I love a warm drink before bed!

New Sneakers
It’s been a while since I got a new pair of sneakers and so I ordered these from Veronica Beard! They’ll be great this fall with everything from jeans to dresses! They’re sporty and sooo chic!
A Little Home Refresh
I am completely obsessed with these cute little pillows from a brand called Furbish! There are so many cute little sayings and they just brighten up any space you put them in! They show your personality and are great conversation starters! I promise someone will say “where did you get that cute pillow”!
And…it’s that time of year again…pumpkin season and I’ve just ordered my Nest Pumpkin Chai candles! IMHO, these are the best pumpkin candles! A new coffee table book is always a good idea!
I give my daughters a new coffee table book for Christmas every year and have already purchased this one for my oldest daughter (and maybe I got one for myself)!
I gave my son-in-law a set of Tucci Ceramic Nonstick Greenpans for Christmas last year and now I want a set…or just one to try! He loves them and I think they’re priced well! I’m planning to give my kitchen a little face-lift and lighten everything up, so these will be a perfect addition!
A Dress For Everyday
This dress is from Amazon and I absolutely love it! It’ so good with cowboy boots and a denim jacket! It also comes in a rust color and it’s so affordable!
These cowboy boots are also from Amazon and are really fabulous! My daughter ordered a pair and they are very cute! If you’re wanting to jump on the trend but don’t want to break the bank these are a great option and they come in lots of colors!!
