The Dinner You'll Make on Repeat - Teriyaki Salmon with Coconut Rice

Last night for dinner, I made this delicious Teriyaki Salmon with Coconut Rice and served broccoli along side! The sauce for the salmon comes together in minutes and is simmered in a saucepan. It has tons of fresh ginger and just enough garlic to make it really flavorful. It was really easy, quick and the cleanup was minimal. We all devoured it and Baldy ate 2 servings! Roasted Broccoli with lemon and garlic - Crazy Blonde Life

I drizzled the broccoli with olive oil, 3 or 4 cloves of fresh garlic, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper and then nestled a few lemon slices in to roast with the broccoli. It roasted at 400 degrees for around 12 - 15 minutes. Squeeze warm lemon slices over the broccoli when it comes out of the oven for even more flavor.
